Hi Tom. Hello Teresa. So this tool I've personally been using for about seven years now and Tom's been using for decades right?

Well, maybe yeah. Yeah, decades. Well, for a while, like 20 or 30 years. I've been aware of it, yes. So, so for myself as what I call a hot energetic mess through the years.

I recognize that there's been oftentimes when I even these days when I get up and
