coaching session for Action Academy members. We said, if you have a business, whether it's an

figure out all your problems in bottlenecks. And that is exactly what today's podcast episode is.

It is a real-life case study with real-life problems. And shout out to Lila, one of our

Action Academy members and her husband, for allowing us to share their story and share their business.

They're currently doing $60,000 a month in their home cleaning service company, and they're trying to take that up to

$200,000 a month. And they've got newborns, they've got young children, they're burnt out, they're stressed

out, they're pissed off, and they're trying to figure out how the hell to skill this thing when they don't have anyone around them that's skilled a business to that size before and they feel

lost, they feel confused, they feel stressed. And that's what we talk about in today's podcast

episode. We go through literally every single bit and piece of their business. I give them some

advice. Chris, my coach, gives them some wonderful advice. And it really ends with them having a lot of confidence, a lot of clarity, a lot of actionable
