absolutely incredible. Hey, I'm standing on the balcony overlooking Dubai Marina and behind me is the office the lights are all on it's late here. It's 9 p.m.

The city is kind of just starting its night. It's a Monday never really sleeps this city and

I just realized this is episode 300 episode 300

episode 300 so many many years ago I got started with this podcast it was just an idea to kind of keep track, keep a journal, kind of

have an idea that people could listen to me whilst they're driving to work or walking the

dog or in the gym just getting some inspiration, getting fired up for the week ahead, getting fired up

for what's about to happen in their life.

And as I kind of did it, I realized a connection

with Jesse Lee, our friend, dear friend, beloved friend Jesse

Lee Ward, as we both had a podcast that was growing at the same sort of rate.

We were putting out content like crazy. We were talking about how many downloads we've

hit and how many milestones we've hit and what we're going to do with the

podcasts and you know and since she passed I've not really had the same fire or the energy to to create the

podcast I just it's just not really being something the energy to create the podcast.

It's just not really being something that I'm excited to do.

It's not really been something that I've wanted to continue.

And some of you guys who followed this closely, you will know that that I'm putting my YouTube lives and my

Facebook lives every single Tuesday night or Wednesday morning onto the podcast just to keep

there an episode every single week so there's a few things I want to address. The first
