Chanelle Cozette is a nutritionist specializing in autoimmune issues and functional nutrition, so she really knows her stuff when it comes to gut health.
In this episode we hear Chanelle's personal story when it came to her own gut health and she healed it naturally.
She also goes over fad trends, low FODMAP foods, IBS, hormones, and so much more!
Chanelle got an Associates in Functional Food Chemistry then graduated from the University of Utah in Nutrition. From there, Chanelle worked closely with two naturopathic doctors in simplifying autoimmune disease protocols and helping traditional doctors implement holistic healing into their medical practices.
Over the next few years, she put thousands of people through autoimmune protocols helping them live symptom free of the debilitating mental pain associated with autoimmune diseases as well as the everyday uncomfortable and flat out disgusting side effects of issues such as candida, fibromyalgia and varying thyroid issues.
She has a thriving Instagram and blog where she dishes on everything she eats, to how she stores her food, to the supplements she takes.
This one is informative and fun! If you want to look more into what Channel has to offer you can find her on instagram @channelcozette and on her website at: https://chanellecozette.com
