more ready. This is an episode we wanted to do for a while, mainly because of a group

chat that we've all been in. But we have, do you guys consider yourself Swifties? I consider

myself in recovery. Yeah. Emily. Yeah. It ebbs and flows. Yeah. Yeah. So we've wanted to do this

because if you guys know, the different

members of the pod collective, when we all started and became friends, we were all into Taylor Swift.

And then over the past few years, I just find myself talking about her with venom in my voice

or a little bit of like disgust or something like that. And I just want to put a forewarning at the

beginning of this episode.

If you are a huge Taylor Swift fan and hearing any type of criticism about her

makes you want to send someone a death threat, first of all, get help.

Like, my God.

Anyway, but also secondly, just like don't listen to this episode.

Okay, this episode is for people like us who grew up with Taylor Swift, used to be fans, and now just kind of find ourselves going, I don't really know if I like that person. So we're just going to talk all about it today, how we became fans, and then when things started to change, and then what we think the future is going to be for Taylor Swift. So you can also access hours of all of us collectively talking and praising Taylor Swift

I'm sure there's dozens of hours of this happening.

I also view it like this is the thing that kind of baffles me about Stan culture.
