Well, hey there podcast fans, welcome to my couch. I know, kind of weird, right? No, but seriously,

it's super comfortable here and we're all friends. So I want you to kick off your shoes, relax,

listen, if you want to keep your shoes on, that's fine too.

The main thing is I just want you to put your feet up,

get cozy, lean in because it's time to have a little bit of fun.

We're definitely going to laugh and honestly most of the time that laughter is going to come

at my expense, but it's fine, I'm here for the people. If I can

laugh at myself, you can totally laugh along with me. But what exactly is

Christie's Couch? I think the best way I can describe it is a weekly podcast where I am going to

invite you almost to eavesdrop into some of my life lessons. I'm going to be

gathering info and maybe even having kind of a

pseudo-therapy session if you will because listen we all know that I could use some serious

therapy especially after all those years of dance moms, right?

But this therapy is going to come from picking the brains of experts

Entertainers, celebrities, boss babes, and maybe even a few old friends.

So it's all in an effort to understand like how we can live life better, what we can do better, and how we can prepare for whatever life

throws at us, like for example, 2020, and really how we can stay positive amidst all of the chaos and the madness.

So you're going to be exposed to interesting and hopefully informative conversations

from my perspective.

And I'm not afraid to screw up.

I make tons of mistakes, you've seen a lot of them,
