Hello everyone and welcome to my pleasure, a podcast that I really need right now.

Because I am actually only two days in, only two days into a trip at my parents' house.

And I got to tell you, the blood is boiling.

It's really fascinating because I love my family.

Like, disclaimer alert, I love my family.

They're my best friends.

Blah, blah, blah.

But there's just something about your own family that can really actually make your own blood feel like it's turning into a thick syrup that is like boiling throughout your skin.

And it's, yeah, I think, you know, something about it being the holidays, something about it

being cold, something about maybe me not being, having been fully ready to pull the

trigger on a trip home. You know, I think I maybe

needed a little more me time. Um, but nevertheless, we're here. We're in the basement. I'm

on the futon. I've got Pepper here. If you don't know, Pepper used to be my dog until

I couldn't take care of him anymore because I was an open mic comedian slash babysitter

slash Equinox employee about 10 years ago. Gosh, no, like 12 years ago. And so Pepper moved here. He moved to Skokie, Illinois, where he has a

wonderful life, absolutely controlling my parents. And I think that's good for everyone. I really do.

So today, today, I've got questions from you guys. I've got boiling blood. Let's party. Um, first of all,

first of all, just like a quick little tidbit of life advice for my friends who get their period.

Um, I highly recommend tracking your cycle.
