Hey, this is Richard Chanstein.

I want to say welcome to episode two of the John Maxwell

Leadership Podcast.

So today we're going to kick the tires and light the fires.

I've got my partner in crime Mark Cole in the studio with me.

Before we dive in and really start talking about what it is

that we do as an organization, I wanted to give you just a couple

of reasons of why we're starting this podcast.

The biggest one is this.

We're going to actually do what we're asking you to do,

which is to take some great leadership training, break it down,

and put it into an actionable plan that you can use to make a difference

in your business.

Now, I'm going to talk more about the format of this podcast at the end,

because we're still figuring that out, to be honest with you.

So we've got several different formats involved.

But I'll talk about it at the end.

For those of you that don't know who John Maxwell is,

let me give you a couple of stats on John Maxwell.

He's a New York Times best-selling author.

He's written more than 100 books and sold over 26 million copies of those books.
