Hello and welcome to a brand new episode of the Billy Yang podcast.

I know it's been a minute, it's been more than a minute quite frankly. It's been a long time and it's

been a while since we sat down and did a podcast in this format. The last episode

obviously to those of you who subscribe was an episode about the Western States 100 and was more of a

produced narrative driven podcast featuring Courtney

Malcolm and Megan Laws that aired a couple of weeks ago

before the Western States 100 and we will talk all about the Western States 100 2019 edition in this show.

It is a jam-packed episode.

It's kind of, I want it to be a recap talking to some of the athletes that participated,

talk about their specific days, but also a bit about the state of things, the state of the union if you will.

Because there's a lot to catch up on and there's a lot of things

that I want to update you on.

As it stands right now, it is July 3rd,

and I am between two international trips

with about three days in between here in the state so I'm trying to really maximize this time.

You know one was I guess they're both technically work trips the Greece trip

coming up this Friday in a mere two days is definitely a work trip I'll be gone for about a week and a half. This last trip to Austria and Germany

was a was an invitation by Adidas.

Adidas. I guess that's how they call it.
