0:07.0	It is a radically different relationship that we have with our own bodies

0:13.8	Typically, the world falls into one of two camps.

0:42.4	The body is nothing. You can even ignore it while you're alive and act as if you're not restricted by your body.
0:48.0	In fact, this goes so far back, right? This is actually part of the tenets of what's called
0:53.7	Gnosticism, right? Gnosticism with the GNOS. Nozis is knowledge and so
0:58.1	Gnostics, there was a lot of different kinds of strains of Gnosticism.
1:02.3	But one of the things they had in common was a rejection of the reality of our body.
