Today on the show, we're continuing our August director's discussion series,

this time focusing on Pablo Lorraine. He has a much anticipated film, Maria,

which we have been bringing up a few times already, that will

premiere at Venice and maybe a couple other festivals after that. But let's

start with the Emmys. Final round voting ends this Monday and the ceremony is less than a month away.

I know this part of Emmy season starts to feel a little long for all of us who've been in it for so long.

Yeah, a little slow. But, but we do think there are some interesting races to talk about.

So we'll get a little bit into that. But first we want us to start with the news that we got last week that we finally have hosts for the Emmys.

It's going to be Dan and Eugene Levy who are best known for co-creating and

starring in Schids Creek. I think this is like definitely the first father-son duo to host the
