which was all about social media we were talking about instagram and i think one of the questions

that we asked you guys our listeners was do you think that social media has kind of like taken over our culture and our life?

And if you guys didn't listen to last week's episode, here's a little recap.

Lauren and I were saying that we think it has, but we don't know if it's because we do social

media as like our job, kind of.

So we want to get your feedback, people that don't necessarily do social media for the job

and see if you feel like it's consumed your life as well.

So we're going to get into that today.

And then something else that I thought would be interesting to talk about that Lauren was a little bit

unsure about is the concept of living intentionally.

Lauren, do you know what this means?

Like, kind of, I don't know. I would assume it means not just like letting life make decisions for you, basically, and just being intentional with the decisions that you do make.

Yeah.

And thinking about like the consequences of them.
