Early this fall, I got to fulfill a bucket list item.

I appeared as a guest on a podcast that I've listened to for a long, long, long, long time.

The podcast is called The Art of Manliness.

Host Brett McKay started The Art of Manliness back in 2008.

I thought it was just a shocking, brilliant idea to have a podcast, something devoted to

help men.

I was in from day one.

And it's since grown into the largest independent men's interest magazine on the internet.

He's got over a thousand episodes. It's an extensive library as is the art of manliness explores what it means to be a man in our modern

world and just a bunch of kind of interesting things around manhood. Actually, truth be told,

few of them are just pure down the pike manhood. It's just kind of good cool stuff podcasts.

I think what it is.

So today with permission from Brett, we're going to just replay my appearance on the show

discussing the five marks for man, camping, the importance of friendship, and a lot,

a lot, a lot of stuff.

It was just a lot of fun being with them.

It was also really fun

hearing how he was reacting to and interacting with the content of the book that he had already

read. He was obviously very intrigued and interested, and he seemed to have a great time. I know I

did. So I'm really thankfully let us just rebroadcast it because it was a rich conversation, I thought.
