Good morning, everyone. Welcome back, start of a brand new week. Is anybody else struggling right

now with allergies specifically? It's the second week of April,

and I definitely have more spring allergies and fall allergies. And I'd love to get a test done so that I know what plants I'm specifically allergic to, but I never used to have allergies

when I lived in my hometown in southeastern Virginia. And ever since moving up more northern to

Fredericksburg and now to Arlington, my allergies are so bad.

And I didn't think they were going to be that bad this year.

And then three days ago, I stepped outside and I felt that familiar itch, that familiar tingle, the dustiness in the air.

My eyes felt a little too large from my head.

And I thought, oh my God, it's coming. And here we are.

I want to get allergy shots. Has anybody had those before? It's where you go and you get tested for

your allergies and then I actually don't know how the science behind this works at all, so I shouldn't

need to be talking about it. But I know you can get allergy shots that are meant to help you not have

as many allergic symptoms to environmental triggers overall. I've thought about getting them before

when it comes to my allergy for cats loads of times because I really love cats and I'd love

to have a cat one day. But if I have a cat, I'll either be doped up on allergy meds 24-7 or I'll

be having an allergic reaction all the time.

So I've thought about getting shots so that I could have a cat one day. And now I'm like,
