I am the kind of person that works out and then I will sit in my workout clothes all day. And rather than acknowledge that the reason my neck hurts is because I'm wearing a sports

bra and sitting at a desk, I'm just like all just by a different sports bra.

And I just want you to know that right now I am physically uncomfortable and I am stinky.

I mean better than putting on the workout clothes and then not doing the workout so.
