Hank Kocyan. It's apparently the words used by Boris Johnson of all people to describe a target which is a little bit unrealistic or certainly stretching I think is how Matt Hancock would describe it.

You know it started with you know testing a hundred thousand people a day that then

become I think five hundred000 people a day.
