during the pandemic. You went all in on your personal brand. What was that moment like when you took

the leap of faith? So we just recently dropped a TED Talk.

And when I was preparing for my TED Talk, I was collecting data.

And I saw a pretty alarming stat.

And that is that only 20% of Americans find purpose in the work that they do.

That means eight out of 10 people wake up every day and go to a job that they don't really

like.

And I was one of those cats. And so I spent 13 years on Wall Street and wouldn't change the thing was all part of my
