Well uh Valerie we're back with a new show and on today's show we've got a few questions

But before that, Valerie, it's a new year and you know, January is always one of my favorite times of the year because I get to reset all of my goals.

Now I did okay, I do this whole spreadsheet every year that I've been doing since

well I make a new one every year but I do have an archive one that has all of them.

But yeah, I just make a, so I make the date on one side and then I just have all my goals at the top and then I put a like little tracking thing about you know running

and juggling and push-ups and like is that how you know how many days in a row you've

done something I do that that is another way I do that too.

And I write down everybody I've seen and talked to,

well, all the important people, so I could go back and look,
