Hello guys, we are going to talk about HydroDog.

It is one of my favorite products and also one of my favorite things to talk about,

which is really saying something because I don't shut up.

So anyway, so if you guys are unaware, HydroDog is a half gallon of water.

It has a leak proof seal, a wide mouth opening, a carry loop, an integrated handle.

It even has these incredible sleeves that has a strap on it.

So if you're on a walk in the morning, which is one way I always room my HydroDog with me,

you're not carrying another thing.

It's just on the strap, which is so nice.

We really should be drinking about a gallon of water a day.

It helps someone with your health, obviously.

But 75% of Americans are dehydrated.

So obviously, we have not taken that into account.

I used to get really tired in the afternoons.

And then also I was just kind of overwhelmed with the idea of drinking a gallon of water.

But since the HydroDog is a half gallon of water,

it makes it a lot more attainable or approachable for me.

Because all I have to do is fill them up twice in the day.

But I will tell you my favorite thing about my HydroDog and my self-care routine.

I actually have two, okay.

And they're on polar opposite sides of the spectrum.
