I'm Graham Fraser and this week we get an insight into how the war in Sudan has affected

tech workers and the companies there and the planning that is underway for Sudan's tech future when the war ends.

We really need to make sure that all the end of life nets are brought back into shore

and dealt with in a responsible manner once they get there. And we can see the sea, we can see

the sky. But wouldn't it be great if we could see the wind as well? Now we can. Sudan. Sudan in Africa is a country we rarely cover on tech life, but it has had a developing technology sector.

However, since April last year, a civil war has been raging inside the country, between the army and a paramilitary group.

Earlier this year, the UN estimated 14,000 lives had been lost.

More will have died since then.

And estimates vary, but between 9 and 10 million people

are thought to have been forced to flee their homes.

BBC Arabic's Ferris Killani reported on the situation there in March this year.
