All right, so I haven't

posted a podcast episode in a while, and a lot of you have been

inquiring about the podcast. I know you might have sensed the silence from my end and people have

been asking what happened to the podcast what happened to you are you still going to do the podcast?

What is the plans for the future and are you going to do more interviews?

And the truth is that I was just taking a break because I was I was just taking a break

because I was I was seeking something if that makes sense. A lot of times in life, you know, especially those of

us who are on this spiritual journey, we just don't want to do things for the
