Well, howdy? It's great to see you all. Come on. It's such an honor to be here. Dona and I love

Brian and Emily. They're so easy to cheer for.

If you got a copy of your scriptures, I want to read you a couple verses starting in Luke

2.

We're going to jump right in so we can make sure to get out for silver taps. But if you got a copy, Luke Chapter 2, I'm going to start reading in verse 25. I want to kind of load it into our minds.

We'll pray real quick and then talk about it. Luke chapter 2, verse 25. If you don't have a copy

of scripture, don't worry about it. It might be on the screen, but it will definitely be read

out loud by me. So just listen, here we go.

So Luke chapter 2, starting in verse 25, says this.

Now there was a man in Jerusalem whose name was Simeon.

And this man was righteous and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel.
