Now, to get things rolling tonight, why don't you introduce yourself and give us an

elevator speech of your podcast and tell us what makes someone in, at least in your estimation,

before we dig in too deeply in history underrated in your opinion. Maybe we'll start with

Richard. Sure. And my podcast, it's called

This American President, just to clarify. Whatever. All right. Yeah, sure. I got close. Yeah,

very close. Well, basically, my podcast is just the outgrowth of the fact that I grew up a big

history nerd when I was eight years old.

My mom, well, actually before that, my mom would take me to the local library.

And then when I was about eight, I just got fascinated by presidents and have not stopped being fascinated by presidents.

And I don't know how anyone can't find it fascinating. We basically give presidents

more responsibilities than any one human should ever have. And that's pretty wild. And so basically

in our podcast, we talk about that. We talk about the people, very flawed human beings that served as president and all the different

stories.
