What does it mean to be a Chicago bear?

It means rich tradition, black and blue division, defense.

I think it's the one franchise that when you think about them, being a defensive player myself, I think that's the first thing you go to.

Legends, linebackers, defensive linemen, dominant players.

The history of it. I mean, I'm a big history guy,

so understanding this was one of the first

franchise is just kind of blow my mind, honestly, I was able to be a part of that. I mean,

what more can you say?

I want to start here because we just, we just wrapped up with Matt and Aggie. And as we're recording this on Monday, the Bears will not provide injury updates until Wednesday. That's when they have to put out their first. First injury report of the week. But I was up at practice today at House Hall and we are allowed to report attendance

at practice who was not there, who was there.

So to get a couple out of the way, David Montgomery was in attendance.

Good news.

Akeem Hicks was not in attendance.

Maybe not good news.

And Mitch Trubisky was in attendance. Nick Foles was not. So on one hand,

this is probably, this may not be a big deal. There is a, there is a reality in which this is not a

big deal. Nick Folls injured his hip only a week ago.

And while it wasn't as severe as the bears initially thought it would be, it's, it's something
