And the issue today on deck is stolen sovereignty.

The title of my first book, almost a decade ago,

warning that the federal judiciary, if we believe in judicial supremacism,

they will steal our ability to determine, self-determine every issue, including the

ultimate issue, who joins a society? I had a whole chapter on birthright citizenship there,

which is not even about birthright in my mind. It's worse. It's anchor baby jurisprudence for

invaders who come without consent. So, as I warned, the ACLU got a federal

judge in western Washington state, a wacko, to not only put a injunction on the order, you know,

saying that you have to be a legal immigrant to have a child born here as a citizen, but de-legitimized it in a way where he said,

I've never seen anything like this in 40 years, how any licensed attorney could even argue

this is absurd. And I warned that what they're going to do is create a political momentum that

there's no way anyone outside of Clarence Thomas

will touch it and overturn the bad lower court rulings, which is why the red states need

to start denying or directing hospitals not to issue these documents. They need to do that right now, triggering it in the fifth circuit,

triggering a legal battle in a better district and circuit so he can get better arguments.

I also am concerned that some of the people at DOJ under the transition are not putting forth the best argument.
