Summary

So a lot of people edit their pictures, but not everyone stops. I haven't photo-shopped or edited a picture of myself in over two years! (Such a millennial accomplishment LOL.) I explain what I used to be like, obsessed with my appearance and my feed's aesthetic, and what happened that made me change. I also share a few things that I realized along the way! :)

1:08.2	should and I was like how about why I don't edit my Instagram pictures anymore and I'll just

1:19.3	The way I'm going to do this episode is start by telling you about my background with Instagram
1:24.9	like help says I was with it, give you some stories and then I'm going to tell you how that kind of
1:29.5	all switched for me mentally and what I learned since then. So if we just kind of get started,
1:35.8	I want to just kind of tell you like how obsessed I used to be with Instagram. It was absurd.

1:49.3	kind of like tweak perfect filter. I just cared so much about being pretty and being hot
1:58.9	from a guy's perspective and having a good Instagram feed where other girls thought I was pretty.
