the last time we talked was on my Instagram live during quarantine. So that was fun. Right now,

the United States and Canada, we are completely barred from each other.

So what is it like in this whole alternate universe that is across the border of Canada?

It's not easy, especially for somebody in my particular situation, because I have a lot of family and a lot of relatives that are overseas that I was planning

on seeing the summer that's unfortunately going to be put on hold. I've got a sister and three nephews

out in Australia that I unfortunately won't be able to see for a little while. I was hoping to see

them over the summer. I have a brother in France. My folks are in Alberta, and I lived in New York

for a couple of years, so I still got friends and some former teachers who I visit once in a while

over there. So it's a unique situation. I think the best thing that I am grateful for living

in Canada now, as opposed to when I previously lived in the United

States is probably the fact that I am financially compensated for my lack of work. I'm not

going to be working at my full-time job as a drama teacher until at least January. So that

helps sort of soften a bit of the financial burden that has been caused by COVID.
