I'm very, very reluctant to categorize just about anyone as genuinely evil, because in

my experience, there are very, very few evil people.

You know, Vladimir Putin, that's evil.

But you know, just about anyone else who's having an honest disagreement, I don't put

in that category at all.

And one of the symptoms of polarization that we have is that people are willing to cast

their ideological enemies or just some new disagrees with them on something as evil.

And I think that's a disaster.

Like I, you know, I just myself very much not on that page.

And I think that we should try and get as many people away from that page as we can.

Do you think that makes you a better or worse politician?

Probably worse politician, because political figure is like to cast things as complex

between good and evil.

And it's like, hey, you gotta get us the resources we need to defeat evil this one more time.

And if we do this, then all will be well.

I mean, I think that's one reason why the dissatisfaction among Democrats right now is

pronounced is because it was framed as defeat Trump and then all of these incredible, and

then all these incredible things will happen.

Like one of the things that boggles my mind when I hear it, and I hear it all the time,

is when a political figure talks about it's like, hey, if you elect me, we will defeat racism,

defeat sexism, defeat.

And I'm saying, okay, let me get this straight.
