And let me just start by saying, I don't get sleepy Christianity.

I don't get why people just go through the motions, why they have ritual and tradition,

why they fall asleep through the sermon.

And I double dog dare you to try. And what I don't

understand is why Christians aren't enthusiastic, passionate about, committed to, looking forward

to what Jesus is going to do in light of what Jesus has done. We just celebrated Easter,

the biggest victory in the history of the world. Jesus came.

He said he was God. Jesus said he loved us. Jesus said he would die for us. Jesus said he would

rise for us. Jesus has done all of that. Here we are a few thousand years later. Christianity

is the biggest movement of any sort or kind in the history of the world.

Jesus is bigger than politics. Jesus is bigger than sports. Jesus is bigger than everyone.

Jesus is bigger than everything, and we're excited about him, amen? So we are not asleep. We are
