But part of that is on these live Q&A calls I do every Tuesday,

I get people who are working jobs, a lot of people in this

community because the barrier entry is so low, and they're like, dude, should I quit my job and

go all into real estate? And first thing I'll ask him is I'll say,

okay, you know, how much does your job pay you?

And, you know, what do you want to make on real estate?

Like what's the goal, right?

And so they'll tell me like what their jobs paying them right now

and then they'll tell me like what they've made in real estate,

which usually is zero, right?

They're just getting started if they just joined.

And so there is no proven success and what I'll say is I'm like

look you don't need to quit your job right now keep working your job but you can

definitely flip and wholesale on the side to get started.
