Hello everyone, welcome. I really need to start saying hey y'all or how do y'all?

Honest question, do you think everyone would stop listening? The answer is probably us,

but I think it would really just, you know, sometimes life is about staying true to you.

An example recently would be that I finally put an end to my relationship with my AirPods.

I said, enough is enough. It is time to stop pretending that we like these things.

And you know what I did? I marched myself over at LaGuardia, which is also, you know,

hell on earth. And I bought myself some corded headphones and I haven't looked back since.

So I don't know how I got on that. Oh, yes, being true to yourself. And maybe I should start

the episodes with how do y'all? You know, let me know. I'm sure you guys always do,

whether I want to know or not, you guys always do. That is one thing I can count on. So

maybe I will be changing my intro in 2022. Again, today's episode I think is actually going to be,

you know, healing for lack of a better word. We have the angel that has Molly Carmell on the show.

And let me just tell you, it was like a spiritual experience. I adore this woman. We really clicked.

I could have talked to her or I kid you not probably 12 hours straight. Would my voice have gone,

you know, yes, my voice has gone every other day. What's new? Okay. But she was just an absolute

angel. I will or sure have her back on the show. If she's interested, I just absolutely loved her.

And something that I really resonated with on her podcast, which is what you're craving. It's

also with your media. We actually did a podcast swap. So when you guys are done with this episode,

they're just so good. But she had an entire episode called it's something on the lines of like,

you are doing your best or why you are doing your best. And I just thought, wow, what a concept.
