1:29.9	One of the things I really like about the Mike Norville offense is Norville in any given year his offense is
1:39.8	his offense is going to have a distinct identity.
1:43.2	Now, last year's offense was the closest
1:46.6	to not having a true identity of any offense
1:49.6	that I think Norville has coached in quite a while. And it's because they had some weaknesses that kind of kept them from being able to do some of the things they wanted to do best. And also getting banged up at key positions also was a major factor.
2:06.0	But he has a distinct thing he wants to do with any specific offense that's going to be sort of the starting point.
