We've lost the octo box for the rest of the year, but we do have the quad box here for those of us,

or for those of you watching on YouTube and elsewhere, this is back to recover. This is a

sports podcast. We are excited. Mitch, Peter, how are you? I'm fantastic,

although Peter's on like a sugar sabbatical I'm on a pot sabbatical trying to get
