I honestly think that there's no better meat-cutting background story on this planet than that.

I mean, it is so visceral and deep and deeply observed.

And meat is such a huge part of your story.

I guess becoming my main concern, if you went back 10 or 15 years ago, I think I would

have said, oh, when things get hard, I'll just live off the land.

And I've got some, not some doubts, but I'm just like 98% doubt now because the land has to survive.

And I don't see it being as rich as I thought was like that.

I mean, what is the modern dilemma if it's not abstraction and facsimile?
