Willie Pickton. Robert William Pickton was born on October 24th, 1949 in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada.

Now we've gone through what happened during this time many many times so here's just a quick look.

degradation, and humiliation, hostage-taking, or sentencing and executing persons outside of court.
