and on the eighth call on the eighth call he got a deal from someone that was about to have two

mortgages and they agreed to sell them the house. So Sean the house for exactly what was owed

on the mortgage. They did what's called the sandwich lease option and then he found Whole Selling

Inc. And he sent out about $400 worth of mailers that he did seven deals and then he had a little

bit of a lag for about seven to eight months. He didn't have any more deals. So today he's going to
