So how did you hear about wholesaling or real estate investing?

When I was younger, I always was the kind of kid that kind of looked for odd ways to make money

even though as a kid you don't really need money.

I was always just doing deals and doing stuff like that, selling stuff, little hot dogs, whatever.

I knew that when I grew up, I always wanted to do something that wasn't really a job,

like a corporate job, a nine to five job.

I always was fed that.

I was looking past high school, didn't really find anything, entered college, felt like I couldn't find anything more.

And then 2020 hit and everybody was on TikTok, everybody was on social media.

And I scrolled across.

I think his name is King Kong.

He's a wholesaling guy.

And that was just the spark that set it off was, dude, I've always wanted to do real estate.

And this is something that looks like I can do right now since the whole world is shut down.
