We've been talking about a philosophy is talking about the way you think,

not just random thoughts here and there,

but it's talking about your worldview, your paradigm.

Every one of us have ways that we process information.

A pessimist and an optimist are two different philosophies.

There are religious philosophies that God is sovereign and controls everything.

That is a wrong philosophy.

And then there's other philosophies where you are responsible and you have to respond to God.

And there's a balance between all these.

So anyway, we've been talking about all these things and then I went over to

Genesis chapter 3 and I talked about three philosophies that if Adam and Eve would have had these

philosophies or way of thinking it would have stopped Satan's temptation dead in its tracks.

The first one is you need to have an absolute unwavering commitment to God's word, that it is inspired and that you don't question it.

If God said it, you just do it.

That's a first philosophy, man that is important.

And then the second one I talked about is you need to make

Jesus Lord to where there's only one God you aren't him and if God just tells you to do something

to do it. It just solves so many problems. It makes the Christian life real simple.
