Woo! Guys it's so nice to have you all here. What an incredible panel to start this

podcast with. Thank you so much for joining us. Now Felicity I'm going to start with you. Hi

Anne. This isn't our first rodeo, is it? We did like one of the first ones together. One of the

first podcasts we ever recorded was me and you. Wasn't it back in the day? So that was at the

start of the year that was so long ago and you've been so busy since then like you've been doing

everything which we're going to get into a little bit but one of the things you did do this year

was a mental health awareness tour. So tell me a little bit about that. I want to know kind of why

you wanted to get involved with that. The one with the NSPCC. Yeah. So I went on a school tour

it was myajamas and we went to all different schools, we actually went back to her school as well

which was amazing and spoke to kids about all areas of mental health really. So there was a big

group of us and I kind of spoke about body positivity basically. What's so amazing is I remember

when I was in school like I mean there was nothing, there was no groups, no one spoke about anything

and we're going to all these schools around the country now and they all have their own groups

and things and it's like it's mad. I think that's a conversation itself like for me I don't know
