1:13.0	Never before has the vaccine for a pathogen been developed and approved for public use as rapidly as the COVID-19 vaccine.

1:26.0	we're bringing back a guess we had on way back in March in the early days of the outbreak.
1:31.0	Bruce Gell is the president of Global Immunization at the Sabin Vaccine Institute in Washington, D.C.
1:38.0	Before he joined Sabin, Gellin was director of the National Vaccine Program Office at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
1:45.0	And in 2005, he led the creation of HHS's first pandemic influenza preparedness and response plan.
