It's all about the idea that you can create positive change even if you can't solve world hunger.

We get sucked into this idea that if we're not doing huge things, if our actions aren't having an enormous global impact that somehow

they don't matter and that is so far from the truth. But first it's our chance to sit back and unwind from the week that was and

look ahead to the year that will be with two excellent humans with us this week. We have the co-hosts of Fantai. They are also the co-authors of historically black phrases,

Trevel Anderson and Jarrett Hill. Trevel of course is also the author of the Black

that went all in on what's going to be hot next year. They talked to

artists and filmmakers and chefs about their predictions. They're kind of
