Yep. And you were like, why does it suck so much and asked if I hate it also?

Yeah. I just have to return the gesture and tell you that I I don't know how you guys

run so yesterday I you know I want to run because I just want to have good cardio.

Also like full transparency like there's been some heart issues in my family you know like my

grandparents and things have passed away from heart attacks and stuff like that and so I just

thought like while I'm doing all this work I might as well start to build really strong cardio and so keep in mind I do this strength training shit I do these pull-ups with fucking weights attached to me I box box, but just running.

Yesterday I ran, so I had a goal this quarter

to just run three miles at under a nine minute pace.

Okay.

And I've never done that. I'm always in like the 10 minute. a nine minute pace. Okay.

And I've never done that.

I'm always in like the 10 minute thing.

So yesterday I went, I'm like, you know what, I'm just gonna go knock this goal out.

And I pushed and I hit, you know, eight minutes and 56 seconds or whatever but I today feel like

not only are like my ankles and knees sore and like just I'm just kind of

sore like my legs but I just feel depleted.

And I'm doing all this work and still three miles,

which is nothing, just fucking smoked me.

So, you know, I know how you feel but the opposite way. Yeah no I'm the

exact opposite running is easy for me, strength training is impossible for me.

Right. It's just crazy our ability to adapt like my goal is like okay. I have to if I feel this bad
