Black women get called so many negative things and we are always being hit with labels that are meant to make us feel bad about ourselves and/or encourage us to selflessly burn ourselves out by putting our entire beings last. If you have it in your mind that you are lazy because that's what you were told, or because you aren't doing all the things, this episode is for you.
