And actually, my wellness retreat has inspired the topic of today's episode. So very excited to get into all of that. But Lauren, kick us off with your life update. You're back at home. I am. I feel like this week's life update is actually going to be good, which is a nice change from what we usually say. But I feel like a lot has happened

since we last recorded. I was like, did we miss a week? But I think it's just been a very eventful week.

Yeah. And it's a little bit later in the week. So we've had more time to do fun things.

Yeah. So one thing I wanted to talk about is last weekend was family weekend at USC.

So my parents and Maddie came out to the football game, which was fun.

I took my parents to the row, which is like where all the frats are.

And we went to a few of them, which I think they enjoyed.

But it's just kind of weird to see all the parents there. And it's nice getting to meet everyone's parents because that's one weird thing

about college is you don't know your parents' friends. Like in high school, you grew up going to their

friend's parents so well to then having never met them and like a lot of people don't even talk

friends' parents, unless they were my best friends who I eventually, you know, hung out with at home.

But we didn't have family days. So I like that they do that. I think most American schools do that
