but it is okay to let people struggle, number one, and number two, I guess as an

aside, it's also okay to make room for people to miss you and the way that you always chip in.

So I'm going to talk about that today because I know a lot of us struggle with that.

We want to step in and fix things and things like that, but I'm going to tell you why that is a detriment, okay?

And also I guess give you permission in case you need it,

but sometimes we just need to hear someone else say this

and be real with us, that it is okay for you to step back,
