You guys may not have heard this term before,

maybe you have.

The definition is,

people with misophonia are affected emotionally by common sounds,

usually those made by others, and usually ones that other people don't pay attention to.

So we're talking about things like chewing, breathing, yawning,

sounds that for some people with misophonia,

it triggers an intense rage

and this kind of fight or flight feeling.

I'm speaking from experience,

because I for sure have this, and I think Joe does too.

We're gonna get to the bottom of it.
