I'm good, man. I'm hanging in. How are you? I'm good. My daughter visited this weekend. So she came down.

It was loose spirit airlines. Very fancy. And she came down from college. But to see her boyfriend, not us. So we're like, can you come see us?

Like, you can see the dog.

We had to use the dog as cheese for her.

And she was like, yeah, okay.

So she got it on Friday.

She finally comes and sees us with her boyfriend Sunday night for dinner, stays for like two hours, and then pisses off.

And then afterwards, my wife and I get a text from her that says, thanks for having us.

And I was like, you're our daughter. You live here. Like, this is your home. You could imagine my

surprise when you warmly received me at dinner in the home that I grew up in and left three months

ago to go to college.

I know who we know you are.

You can come and go as you please here.

That's kind of the deal when you are our offspring.

When you get older, like my parents are very like when we'll meet them for dinner or

even after I talk to them on the phone and stuff.

They're very effusive in thanking me for letting them buy me food or like talk to them on

the phone for 30 minutes. And it makes me feel kind of bad almost that they would expect me to be like,

no, I can't, you know, I got a important, they're going to stream something. We're going to open

a pack of baseball cards and I'm going to make sounds whenever I see a guy

I recognize.
