1:07.4	All right. Thanks for taking my call.
1:10.1	The problem that we're having is my wife and I can't decide if we're in baby steps three, four, five, or six. And we seem to be moving in and out of those baby steps.
1:23.0	Okay. Tell me more. Well, we make about $320,000 as our household income.
1:31.0	We've got two mortgages, one on our primary home, with about $220,000 left to pay on it.
1:38.0	Then we have a rental property that we break even on every month, and we've got got about 300,000 left on that.
1:44.6	We both save for our retirement and we max that out every year to get the matching contributions.
1:51.7	I have ESPP along with other investments that I place.
1:56.6	And then we have college funds for our kids.
1:59.3	And the issue is I manage, so my wife manages all the month to month, you know,
2:04.5	daily checking operations.
