fully full-time assigned to SWOT team. He is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt. He has his own

training company called Paradox Training and he's a rad dude. So welcome

Jiu-Jitsu because I think you know obviously Jiu-Jitsu is a big part of our

of our lives a big part of our careers a big part of our passion and you know I

think Jiu-Jitsu I and I think you probably agree because heck you teach a lot of

combat as an entangled gun fighting we'll get into that but you know without having some sort of grappling

empty hand skills you know like I tell guys go sell cars for a living instead

Absolutely it's that's a that's an honorable career to sell cars but you don't need to be a cop so absolutely let's get started you know tell us a little bit about

yourself childhood growing up how you got into martial arts how you got into law enforcement all that stuff
