Life is beautiful. Ever since we had our first baby, we love hearing other people's birth stories because everyone is so unique and different.

In this episode, we're sharing all the details from the birth of our firstborn son Beckett and not holding anything back.

It was an experience we'll never forget.

Today we're going to tell you Beckett's birth story.

So if you're somebody who is squeamish or you don't like,

I mean we're not going to be graphic, but if you don't like a certain level of like graphic detail like maybe like think of your favorite hell show right like

then maybe you don't want that level of detail.

We just want to give you a disclaimer that we are talking about

childbirth in this episode. So I'll try not to be overly graphic. There's just

birth is just a little graphic and I think the funny thing about preparing for our first birth was we knew nothing.

And in a lot of ways we still know nothing.

It's really quite a mystery in so many ways, but we decided to give birth at a birth center.

And so in preparation for that, and out of hospital birth, we had a lot of birth classes

before our actual birth, where they try to prepare you as best you can

for having like an out of hospital,

unmedicated birth at a birth center.
